Introduction to AQHA Versatility Ranch Horse

A great clinic to get your basics down for Trail, Ranch Riding, Conformation and Cattle Work.

Sherry Clemens - Trail, Ranch Riding, and Conformation - has been breeding, raising and training Quarter Horses for over 30 years. In that time, she has raised and trained multiple World Champions, Congress Champions, Canadian National Champions and Superior Event horses in Quarter Horses, Paints and ApHC. She has specialized in the all around events, mainly western pleasure, western riding and trail and has also coached many youth and amateur competitors as well as open competitors to many Provincial and National Championships. She has been honoured with being able to ride and train with some of the best in the business, mainly Bruce Vickery, Bill Kaven and Cleve Wells and looks forward to the opportunity to pass along some of the insights gained over the years and to promote the VRH in Canada.

Christine Rusnak - Cattle Work - Has been involved in Quarter Horses and Paints her entire life - for the past 10 years she has been focusing on Reining and Working Cow Horse. She is well known for her ability to start colts, turn out a finished reiner and tuning up cattle horses for cutting, working cow horse and team penning.

Clinic begins 10:00 a.m. on February 27 and ends 3:00 p.m. February 28.
